The song gained international recognition after she joined Canadian rapper Drake to contribute to his album, Nothing Was the same. The Worst peaked in May 2014, averaging No.11 within the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop section in the US Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop-Airplay chart. In 2015, she was awarded three Grammy nominations.
