Hayley Orantia is American singer, actress and performer. Most people know her as Erica Goldberg, from the show 'The Goldbergs' on television. She is, however, a music lover. According her, is the very first thing she loves. She began playing with it when she was nine years old. The first time she began to study professional music when she was 12 years old. After some experimentation with songwriting, she only recorded the album with music covers when she was 14. Since then, she has not stopped since then. Orrantia has Hispanic origins, but was born in the USA. Although she spoke only English throughout her childhood and never visited Mexico, Orrantia is extremely proud of her Hispanic heritage. She tries to maintain it through studying Spanish and creating songs in the Spanish language. 'Hasta Verte' a song she composed in Spanish is one such attempt. Orrantia performed for The X Factor during its first season, in summer 2011. Orrantia took home the very first season of The X-Factor following the submission of a YouTube recording of her audition. The judge gave her an impressive four "yes" votes by the judge on the live stage audition in Seattle. The first time she auditioned, she was solo but in "Hollywood Week" she was placed along with three female vocalists into a trio for the remaining auditions. They were eliminated during the fifth week in the Live show.
